What bookkeepers ask
Do I have to post entries by hand?
No. Every sale, purchase, collection, payment and payroll posts its own entry to the right account. You open the financial statements and they're ready.
Can I see the numbers per location?
Yes. The income statement, balance sheet and general ledger come per location or consolidated for the whole company.
How do late fees and early-payment discounts work?
You set them up once. The system adds the late fee to overdue balances and applies the early-payment discount when the customer pays within the term.
Can I send statements to all my customers?
Yes, to all of them at once by email. First you see a preview of each one and the PDF they'll receive.
