What people ask before handing phones to the team
Is there a different app for each person?
No. It's a single app: depending on the user, it opens their part, whether sales rep, driver, manager or customer. It sets up by scanning your company's QR code and shows your logo.
Does it work without signal?
Reps' orders, drivers' deliveries and picking are saved on the phone and upload on their own when the signal returns.
Can my customers pay from the portal?
They can report a payment made by transfer, ATH Móvil, check or deposit, with its reference, and the office confirms it. That keeps their statement up to date.
Can my staff speed up the line?
Yes. With Showroom mode on a tablet they build the customer's purchase while they wait and save it; at the register it's recalled and charged without rescanning.
Can a driver deliver just part of an order?
Yes. They mark the delivery as partial or failed with a reason, and the office sees what's still pending.
Do I need special scanners for picking?
No. Picking in the app uses the phone's camera to read the barcode.
