What owners and managers ask
Can I limit a user to a single location?
Yes. That user only sees and works with their location's data, even if the company has several.
How does a manager approve at the register?
They enter their PIN on the same register. Each role has its own limit: anything over the cashier's limit asks for approval, and who gave it is logged.
